We price by the scope of the work and the SLA band you choose, never by where you are located. Prices are set in EUR and shown in your currency at a fixed reference rate. Every client, EU or global, buys on the same terms.
Bespoke engagements are quoted per project after discovery. VAT applies per your country rules.

How does pricing work?+
Every engagement is a one-time build fee to design and ship your system, then a monthly retainer for hosting, maintenance, iteration and support. Prices are shown from, set in EUR and displayed in your currency; the exact quote is set in a short discovery. The build is payable in installments.
Why not a flat monthly subscription?+
Because this is done-for-you, not a self-serve tool. We build the system around your business and keep it running. A flat SaaS price would either underprice the build or overprice a simple bot. Build plus retainer is fair to both sides.
What is in the monthly retainer?+
Hosting, security updates, monitoring, support, and a set amount of iteration each month. Standard is office-hours and a shared queue; Priority adds a response-time SLA, a dedicated channel and a signed DPA. Minimum term is 6 months.
