2. Services offered

We offer web development services, one-page websites, browser-based web applications, and automation solutions.

3. Collaboration process

• 3.1. Discovery Call: Initial free discussion to establish needs.
• 3.2. Proposal: Detailed plan, budget, and timeline.
• 3.3. Contract & Payment: Work is done based on contract and invoice.
• 3.4. Delivery: According to agreed specifications.

4. Intellectual Property

After full payment, the source code and custom design become the client's property, except for open-source or licensed libraries which remain under their respective licenses.

5. Right of withdrawal

For fully customized services (e.g., custom website), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once execution has begun with the client's prior agreement (according to OUG 34/2014, art. 16).

6. Warranties and Limitations

We guarantee technical functionality according to specifications at the time of delivery. We do not guarantee commercial results (sales, traffic) and assume no liability for issues caused by third parties (e.g., hosting downtime).

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled amicably or in the competent courts of Romania.
