VOICU offers the following services:

  • -Custom web application and digital platform development (Next.js, React)
  • -Conversational AI assistant implementation (Telegram, WhatsApp, web)
  • -Business automation (CRM, email, invoicing and payments: Stripe, Oblio)
  • -RankRadar, a subscription service for AI visibility monitoring (see section 5)
  • -Fixed-price packs ordered online, for businesses (see section 6)
  • -Technical consulting and digital architecture

3. Collaboration process

Sections 3 and 4 cover custom project work. The RankRadar subscription is a self-serve product governed by section 5.

3.1. Written request: You describe your needs through the quote form on this site or by email. The first written reply is free.

3.2. Commercial Proposal: Detailed technical plan, budget, and estimated timeline.

3.3. Contract & Payment: Work is done based on a signed contract and fiscal invoice. Payment can be made upfront or in installments as agreed.

3.4. Development: Implementation according to agreed specifications, with periodic reviews.

3.5. Delivery: Final handover, technical documentation, and post-launch support as per contract.

4. Pricing and payment (custom projects)

For custom project work, prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on project complexity. The final offer is established after detailed analysis of requirements. Payment is made by bank transfer, according to the fiscal invoice issued. Pricing and payment for the RankRadar subscription are covered separately in section 5.

5. RankRadar subscription

5.1. What it is. RankRadar is a recurring subscription service that checks every week whether AI engines (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini) recommend your business, and sends you a report. It is a standalone product, separate from the custom project work in sections 2 to 4, and these terms apply when you subscribe to it.

5.2. Price, VAT and billing. The subscription costs 49 EUR per month, or 490 EUR per year (two months free), per monitored business. It is sold to businesses and to individuals, except individuals in the United Kingdom (see 5.9). The supplier is not registered for VAT (the small business exemption scheme, art. 310 of the Romanian Fiscal Code), so invoices are issued without VAT and the price shown is the price you pay. The invoice states the legal basis that applies to you: for customers in Romania, art. 310; for a business in another EU member state with a VAT number valid in VIES, the reverse charge under the intra-EU code RO34956300, VAT being accounted for by the customer in its own country (art. 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC); for individuals in another EU member state (and businesses there without a VAT number valid in VIES), art. 310 (place of supply in Romania, art. 278(8) of the Romanian Fiscal Code, while the supplier's yearly sales of such services to them stay under 10,000 EUR); for customers outside the European Union, not taxable in Romania (art. 278(2) for businesses, art. 278(5)(h) for individuals). The price is charged automatically to your card via Stripe; a fiscal invoice is issued for each successful charge and emailed to you, none for the free trial.

5.3. Free trial. The subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically and the first payment is taken.

5.4. Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annually) at the price then in effect, until you cancel it.

5.5. Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: your access continues until then, and no refund is issued for the current or any partial period. After cancellation the subscription does not renew.

5.6. Right of withdrawal. RankRadar is a digital service that starts on activation. By starting the service (including the free trial) you expressly request its immediate performance and acknowledge that, once the paid subscription begins, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies to the period already started, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation. The 7-day free trial lets you evaluate the service before any payment is taken.

5.7. Price changes. We may change the subscription price with prior notice sent to your email. Any change applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

5.8. Service and limits. RankRadar reports what AI engines answer at the time of each scan and suggests fixes. We do not guarantee any specific commercial result, ranking, or that an engine will recommend your business. How your data is processed is described in our Privacy Policy.

5.9. Customers in the United Kingdom. From the United Kingdom (including the Isle of Man), RankRadar is available to businesses only: at checkout, enter your business name (and its VAT number, if it has one). A subscription started from there without a business name is cancelled during the free trial, before any payment, and you are told by email. If an individual from there is charged anyway (for example with a UK card and an address elsewhere), the payment is refunded and the subscription cancelled.

6. Fixed-price packs ordered online

This section applies when you order a fixed-price pack on this site (for example the AI visibility kit, automatic invoicing or the browser extension Starter). Custom projects follow sections 3 and 4.

  1. 6.1. Who can order. Packs are sold to businesses only. When you order you give your company tax ID (Romania) or VAT number (EU, checked in VIES) and confirm that you act on behalf of the company. As this is a business-to-business sale, the consumer 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

  2. 6.2. What you buy. Each pack page states what is included, what is not, the delivery time in working days, what you need to send and the final price. The pack page as it was when you ordered is part of the contract; a copy reaches you by email with the payment confirmation.

  3. 6.3. Payment and invoice. You pay online, by card, through Stripe. The invoice is issued automatically in Oblio, without VAT (ROEM NOSIS SRL is not registered for VAT, art. 310 of the Romanian Fiscal Code):

    • businesses in Romania: under tax ID 33063978;
    • businesses in another EU member state: under the intra-EU code RO34956300, reverse charge (art. 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC);
    • businesses outside the EU: under tax ID 33063978, not taxable in Romania (art. 278(2) of the Romanian Fiscal Code).

  4. 6.4. When work starts and how long it takes. After payment you get a short form. The delivery time runs from the working day on which I have everything the pack asks for (the completed form and the access). If something is missing, I tell you exactly what within 2 working days.

  5. 6.5. If I do not receive what I need. If 30 days after payment I still do not have what the pack asks for, the order is paused. You can resume it at any time within 6 months, at no cost. After 6 months the order is closed, without a refund.

  6. 6.6. Delivery, review and corrections. On delivery I tell you what was done and how to check it. You have 5 working days to review it.

    One round of corrections is included, when the request is within what the pack page states. If you do not reply within 5 working days, the delivery is considered accepted.

    Warranty: for 30 days after delivery I fix, at no cost, anything that does not work as the pack page states.

  7. 6.7. What the pack does not include. Any request outside what the pack page states is extra work, at 60 EUR per hour. Before I start, I send you a written estimate, and the work starts only after you accept it by email. Nothing extra is invoiced without your acceptance.

  8. 6.8. Cancellation and refund. Until I start working (that is, until I receive what the pack asks for) you can cancel and get a full refund. Once work has started, the payment is not refunded, but you receive everything done up to that point.

  9. 6.9. Monthly care (subscription). Some packs come with monthly care (for example 39 EUR per month for automatic invoicing). It covers checking that everything runs, alerts when something stops, and fixing problems caused by changes in the connected services (Stripe, Oblio and similar). It does not cover new features (those are extra work, see above). The first month is paid together with the order; after that it is charged automatically by card, every month. You can stop it at any time: write to contact@voicu.app or reply to any email about the order. It ends at the end of the paid month, with no refund for the current month.

  10. 6.10. Communication. Everything is discussed by email, at contact@voicu.app. I reply within 2 working days. No calls are needed.

  11. 6.11. Code and rights. After full payment, the code and configuration made for you are yours. Open-source libraries stay under their own licences, and I may reuse my generic components in other projects. Your accounts (Stripe, Oblio, hosting and similar) stay in your name; I only receive the access I need and hand it back at the end.

  12. 6.12. Liability. My total liability for a pack is limited to the amount paid for that pack (and, for monthly care, the last 12 months paid). I am not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, data lost because of other services), for outages of third-party services (Stripe, Oblio, the tax authority, hosting) or for changes made to the system by someone else.

7. Intellectual property

After full payment for services, the source code and custom design become the client's property, with the following exceptions:

  • -Open-source libraries and frameworks (Next.js, React, etc.) remain under their respective licenses
  • -Generic reusable components developed by ROEM NOSIS SRL may be used in other projects
  • -Rights to client-specific custom code are fully transferred after final payment

8. Right of withdrawal

For fully customized services (custom software development, personalized design), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once execution has begun with the client's prior explicit agreement, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The right of withdrawal for the RankRadar subscription is covered in section 5.6. Fixed-price packs are sold to businesses only (section 6.1).

9. Warranties and limitations of liability

Technical Warranty: We guarantee technical functionality according to specifications at the time of delivery.

Post-launch Support: According to terms established in the contract (usually 1-3 months).

Limitations: We do not guarantee commercial results (sales, traffic, conversions) and assume no liability for issues caused by third parties (e.g., hosting downtime, unavailable external services, unauthorized code modifications).

10. Confidentiality

Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during collaboration. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be published on this page with the update date.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

This agreement is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled amicably or, failing agreement, in the competent courts in Romania.
