VOICU Digital offers the following services:

  • -Custom web application and digital platform development (Next.js, React)
  • -AI agent and intelligent chatbot implementation (Telegram, Web)
  • -Business automation (CRM, Email, Invoicing, Stripe integrations)
  • -Technical consulting and digital architecture

3. Collaboration process

3.1. Discovery Call: Free initial discussion to establish needs and objectives.

3.2. Commercial Proposal: Detailed technical plan, budget, and estimated timeline.

3.3. Contract & Payment: Work is done based on a signed contract and fiscal invoice. Payment can be made upfront or in installments as agreed.

3.4. Development: Implementation according to agreed specifications, with periodic reviews.

3.5. Delivery: Final handover, technical documentation, and post-launch support as per contract.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on project complexity. The final offer is established after detailed analysis of requirements. Payment is made by bank transfer, according to the fiscal invoice issued.

5. Intellectual property

After full payment for services, the source code and custom design become the client's property, with the following exceptions:

  • -Open-source libraries and frameworks (Next.js, React, etc.) remain under their respective licenses
  • -Generic reusable components developed by ROEM NOSIS SRL may be used in other projects
  • -Rights to client-specific custom code are fully transferred after final payment

6. Right of withdrawal

For fully customized services (custom software development, personalized design), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once execution has begun with the client's prior explicit agreement, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

7. Warranties and limitations of liability

Technical Warranty: We guarantee technical functionality according to specifications at the time of delivery.

Post-launch Support: According to terms established in the contract (usually 1-3 months).

Limitations: We do not guarantee commercial results (sales, traffic, conversions) and assume no liability for issues caused by third parties (e.g., hosting downtime, unavailable external services, unauthorized code modifications).

8. Confidentiality

Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during collaboration. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be published on this page with the update date.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where the company is registered. Any disputes will be settled amicably or, failing agreement, in the competent courts.
