3.1. Discovery Call: Free initial discussion to establish needs and objectives.

3.2. Commercial Proposal: Detailed technical plan, budget, and estimated timeline.

3.3. Contract & Payment: Work is done based on a signed contract and fiscal invoice. Payment can be made upfront or in installments as agreed.

3.4. Development: Implementation according to agreed specifications, with periodic reviews.

3.5. Delivery: Final handover, technical documentation, and post-launch support as per contract.

5.1. What it is. RankRadar is a recurring subscription service that checks every week whether AI engines (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini) recommend your business, and sends you a report. It is a standalone product, separate from the custom project work in sections 2 to 4, and these terms apply when you subscribe to it.

5.2. Price, VAT and billing. The subscription costs 49 EUR per month, or 490 EUR per year (two months free), per business. The supplier is not registered for VAT (the small business exemption scheme, art. 310 of the Romanian Fiscal Code), so invoices are issued without VAT. For customers in Romania and outside the European Union, the invoice is issued without VAT under tax code 33063978. For customers in another EU member state, the invoice is issued without VAT under the intra-EU code RO34956300; if you provide a VAT number valid in VIES, the reverse charge applies and VAT is accounted for by the customer in its own country (art. 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC). The price is charged automatically to your card via Stripe, and the fiscal invoice is issued on the first successful charge, not at the start of the free trial.

5.3. Free trial. The subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically and the first payment is taken.

5.4. Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annually) at the price then in effect, until you cancel it.

5.5. Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: your access continues until then, and no refund is issued for the current or any partial period. After cancellation the subscription does not renew.

5.6. Right of withdrawal. RankRadar is a digital service that starts on activation. By starting the service (including the free trial) you expressly request its immediate performance and acknowledge that, once the paid subscription begins, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies to the period already started, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation. The 7-day free trial lets you evaluate the service before any payment is taken.

5.7. Price changes. We may change the subscription price with prior notice sent to your email. Any change applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

5.8. Service and limits. RankRadar reports what AI engines answer at the time of each scan and suggests fixes. We do not guarantee any specific commercial result, ranking, or that an engine will recommend your business. How your data is processed is described in our Privacy Policy.

Technical Warranty: We guarantee technical functionality according to specifications at the time of delivery.

Post-launch Support: According to terms established in the contract (usually 1-3 months).

Limitations: We do not guarantee commercial results (sales, traffic, conversions) and assume no liability for issues caused by third parties (e.g., hosting downtime, unavailable external services, unauthorized code modifications).
