The data you provide and generated reports are stored in our internal database (Supabase), accessible only to authorized VOICU Digital Studio team members, for the purpose of:

Report and form data: Stored for 12 months after generation to allow re-downloads and support.
Payment records: Retained for 5 years as required by Romanian fiscal legislation.

Data is stored LOCALLY on your device, not on our servers.
It is automatically deleted after form submission or manually via browser settings.
